Here is a basic recipe for Atukula Mixture:Ingredients:1 cup sev1/2 cup roasted peanuts1/2 cup roasted chana dal (fried lentils)1/2 cup puffed rice1/4 cup cashew nuts (optional)2 tablespoons oil1 teaspoon mustard seeds1 sprig curry leaves1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder1/2 teaspoon red chili powderSalt to tasteA pinch of asafoetida (hing)Instructions:Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Let them splutter.Add curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt, and asafoetida. Mix well.Add sev, roasted peanuts, roasted chana dal, puffed rice, and cashew nuts.
